Every product on Chad Cheats is a time-boxed license key — 1-Day, 7-Day, 30-Day, or Lifetime, depending on what you picked at checkout. It unlocks the loader for that duration on the device(s) allowed for that product. Nothing physical ships, there's no account to "own," just a key tied to your purchase.
"Undetected" describes our current detection status, not a promise. Anti-cheat vendors patch, games update, and detection risk is never zero for any product on the market — ours included. If you're not comfortable with that risk, this isn't the right purchase for you.

Lifetime tracks the product's life, not yours. If a title gets pulled — usually because a game update or anti-cheat overhaul killed it for good — that Lifetime key stops being useful for that product. We'll try to move you to something comparable when we can, but we're not obligated to and it isn't always possible.
We'll help you get set up and troubleshoot through Discord in good faith. But needing help isn't the same as being owed money back — support and refunds are separate things, and we decide exchanges case-by-case at our discretion.
